The brief
The Anchor is a North Vancouver condo development by BT Investment and Kamcon Construction, aimed at modern young families.
What we did
We built a bold, contemporary brand that pays homage to the nautical history of the neighbourhood and matches the solid construction of the building.
Over the project we created the visual identity, website, stationery, floor plans, booklets, mailers, street ads, interior visuals and construction hoardings.
The result
One brand carried all the way through to completion, and the development sold out.
