The brief
The Tate on Howe is a condo and townhouse development by Bonds Group of Companies. Their marketing team wanted a beautifully made presentation package for discerning buyers.
What we did
We proposed a two tier paperboard case inspired by a pencil box, and a more traditional frosted, coil bound booklet.
The client chose to work with a consultant they had used before, but we liked these concepts too much to leave them in a drawer.
